Start relationships within IEG

Pre-registration is an expression of interest. It is not an application for membership, and sending it does not make an organisation a member of IEG. It tells IEG who you are and what you are working to protect, so that the right Regional Hub can be in touch.

Your pre-registration is emailed to the IEG Secretariat at secretariat@ieg.earth and is not stored on this website. It is read by the Secretariat and passed to your Regional Hub to begin the relationship. Privacy Policy

What happens next

The Secretariat reads your pre-registration and passes it to your Regional Hub.
Within 3 – 5 days, someone from the hub contacts you by email to confirm your work and what you want from IEG.
When the IEG Member Directory opens, you will be invited to make a formal and full membership application.

What this form does not ask for

Governing documents, evidence of customary mandate, references, funding or conflict disclosures, FPIC or data policies, and territorial information all belong in a membership application. Please do not include them here.
